Hi, I’m Mila Jackson
I’ve always been fascinated by how the mind works — how we think, feel, and make sense of the world around us. I started this blog as a space to explore those questions and share what I learn along the way.
My interest in psychology began out of curiosity. I wanted to get involved in research and volunteering projects, but because i’m only 15, the options were limited. So then I decided to create my own way in. That’s how this site came about — as a place to dive into the topics I love and, hopefully, spark that same curiosity in others.
Here, I take ideas from psychology and science and break them down into something a bit more relatable — from the neuroscience of dreaming to the psychology of emotion and the quirks of everyday behaviour. My goal is to make research feel relatable — something you can actually connect with or find useful in your own life.
If you’re as interested in the mind as I am, you’re in the right place. Have a look around, share your thoughts, and feel free to reach out — I’d love to hear your perspective.
Let’s make sense of the mind, one idea at a time.
